What to expect
The cruise leaves from Oia. The first stop is the volcano and its hot springs, for a swim in the warm, mineral-rich water and close-up photos of the volcano.
You then sail past Indian Rock and the Venetian lighthouse at Akrotiri, with the ruins of the village’s old fortress above. Stop for a swim at Red Beach, then at White Beach while the crew prepares your meal on board.
The meal is BBQ meats with Greek bread, salad, fruit and traditional desserts, with Santorini wine or ouzo. Then you sail back to Ammoudi Bay below Oia, passing the small island of St. Nicholas.
